The event was attended by the Governor of St. Petersburg, as well as other officials from the administration of St. Petersburg and Pushkin, representatives of the hotel business and business circles, the media and all those who are not indifferent to the fate of orphaned children.
Children’s Village-SOS is a long-term model for the education of orphans and children without parental care. A similar model for child care exists in 132 countries. SOS Children’s Village in Pushkin was founded in 2000 at the expense of philanthropists from eight European countries. Children aged 3 to 20 live in family houses in the village, the main source of funding is charitable donations.
