November 26, 2011 members of the international gastronomic association Chaine des Rotisseurs and special guests celebrated the anniversary of the birth of Russian Empress Maria Feodorovna (Dagmar), arranging a dinner cruise on board the ferry Princess Maria of ST.PETER LINE, which was also attended by the Finnish members of the Chaine des Rotisseurs.
The well-known cooking expert, Jaakko Nuutila, who is a member of the Board of Directors of Chaine des Rotisseurs, made a special dinner menu in accordance with the varieties of Taittinger champagne company: white fish fillets and sturgeon with pancakes, soup of the Siberian crabs, pigeons, coated in a vanilla syrup, Pecorino cheese with a compote of exotic fruits, pastries “Princess Mary”, different varieties of the famous champagne.
The solemn atmosphere, fine cuisine and excellent service have allowed members of the association to spend the evening pleasantly and usefully.

Mr. Thomas Noll is the founder of the Russian Branch of the International gastronomic Association Chaine des Rotisseurs, seeking to combine both professional and non-professional members from around the world who appreciate and share a mutual interest in cuisine, wine and exquisite food. Thomas Noll led the Russian branch of the Association for almost 10 years and is also a member of its International Advisory Council (Conseil Magistral).
